About

Llandudno Museum was created by Francis E Chardon, when he bequeathed his home and belongings to the people of Llandudno, in 1927. Since then, Llandudno Museum has collected over 13,500 years of human history from Llandudno and the surrounding area. At the museum, you will find fascinating artefacts from Prehistory, Roman history, Medieval, Georgian, Victorian and the 20th century! We tell the story of Llandudno and its people through three floors of exhibitions.

The museum has a shop and biodiversity garden too! Visit the museum's peaceful garden, where we are encouraging our pond to develop its own diverse ecosystem and growing fresh fruit and vegetables. Its a slice of paradise away from the busy streets of Llandudno. 

All floors are accessible by stairs or lift, with disabled friendly access throughout.
