An inspiring young talent in North Wales, Yulila Batrak has become a beacon of professionalism and dedication. Combining her hospitality skills with compassion, she has represented the UK internationally as a EuroSkills finalist and earned her place in the UK Skills Squad.
17. Cruise North Wales of the Year Award – Welcome to Holyhead
Led by Nick Murphy at Holyhead Town Council, the Welcome to Holyhead volunteer group offers cruise passengers a warm and heartfelt Welsh welcome at every visit. Their hard work and passion continue to showcase the beauty and vibrancy of Holyhead and North Wales.
