Sail through the magical veil of an underground waterfall into a mythical world filled with dragons, giants, fierce battles and the legendary King Arthur. Welsh legends unfold as you explore the vast underground caverns and winding tunnels of the Labyrinth with your guide – a hooded Dark Age Boatman.

The tales told are many of the earliest Welsh legends which celebrate the coming of Arthur, a King with extraordinary powers who defeated the Saxons and brought peace to our Islands. Enjoy the story of the red and white dragons found fighting beneath the foundations of a King's castle and how the outcome of the fight foretold the coming of a great King... named Arthur.   Hear how a drunken gatekeeper caused the flooding of fertile land near Borth.. legend has it that on some days you can still hear the church bells ringing from beneath this sunken land. Enjoy the legend of the Battle of Camlan, King Arthur's final battle against his evil nephew Mordred. These, and many other ancient Welsh legends unfold deep underground with dramatic scenes, light and sound effects.  King Arthur's Labyrinth is cool when hot and dry when wet, this is one of the best places to visit for all ages in all weathers.

Brave an exciting finale; Dragon River... Your adventures underground may disturb the Guardians of the Labyrinth. Will you avoid their clutches and return safely to the outside world? If so...

In The Welsh Legends Maze you'll find more mythical stories, intriguing characters and The Stone Circle as you navigate this leafy outdoor maze. Pick up clues from around the maze to complete a quiz with prizes to be won. For younger visitors, there is a Dragon Quest activity to find different coloured dragons hiding in the maze to solve a riddle.  

King Arthur's Labyrinth & The Welsh Legends Maze start from the Corris Craft Centre which is also home to 9 independent craft workshops and the resident designer-makers. See many of the talented craftspeople creating their unique handcrafted items including contemporary and Celtic jewellery, smoking dragons and ceramics, hand carved candles, mixed media artwork and photography, multi award winning Dyfi Distillery gin, glass sculptures, handmade chocolates and fudge, natural forest furniture and leather and woollen items. Many of the workshops offer hands-on fun experiences; pottery painting, pottery throwing, candle dipping, chocolate making and furniture building workshops (ages 16+ only) are all availabe.  

The Corris Café menu is a welcoming blend of the finest Welsh ingredients, local recipes and delicious dishes. The gourmet hot dog is a firm favourite, where even the sausages are made especially by a leading local butcher. The burgers are made with flavoursome Welsh beef and an irresistible Rarebit combines Welsh Cheddar with Purple Moose Ale. Fresh scones are baked daily and always sell out fast. Coffee is locally roasted and served by trained baristas. Dogs are welcome. Next to the Café is the Welsh Deli where you’ll find the country’s finest produce, much sourced directly from local producers. Luxury Welsh food and drink gift hampers are a speciality.  There's free wifi.
