Mastering Me - An 8-night residential retreat in North Wales. Learn how to accept yourself, no matter what. How will we help you? You'll have 6 full days in total with me where we'll work together to explore and discover how you do you. We'll do practical exercises to calm that unhelpful voice in your head and help you get out of your way, we'll explore the parts of you that you shy away from, we'll remind your system what it is to feel the fear and do it anyway, we'll relearn how to be ok with everything we're full of. This journey will be infused with activities inside and outside of the studio with White Water Tubing, Canyoning, wild swimming, walking and dinner up on the moors because we want your entire being to learn from experience, not just your head. That way it will last a lifetime.
