Join us for our special Light up a Life service — a heartwarming evening of carols, readings from families and those close to the hospice, and the lighting of our remembrance tree.
There will also be refreshments available in Caffi Cariad following the service. Please note: this is a standing, outdoor service, and we warmly welcome individuals of all faiths to attend.

✨ Our Online Light Up a Life Tree ✨
You can now dedicate a light to your loved one on our VisuFund page. Visufund is an online tool to facilitate the collection of donations and display of messages. Interactive pages are created from templates, where people choose an item to add to an image. As more people contribute, pictures grow and flourish – that's why they call it visual fundraising. You can choose a decoration, add a photo to our Christmas tree and make a donation to support our hospice.
