Welcome to our wood-fired, outdoor Finnish sauna in North Wales. As Finns, we are passionate about our sauna culture. Our mission is to share our Finnish heritage with you, and provide an unforgettable outdoor sauna experience! Perfect for sauna newbies and connoisseurs alike; we'll greet you at the sauna and introduce you to Finnish sauna customs, guiding you through the whole process.

Set in the heart of Eryri National Park, Llyn Tegid is the largest natural lake in Wales; a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Take in the breathtaking views from our lakeside sauna and plunge into the crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim. We also have a chilled cold plunge, a shower, and a fire-pit next to the sauna.

Our second location is now open on the seafront in Tywyn, where Finnish culture meets the wild Welsh coast.

Sauna bathing is an all season’s activity and can be enjoyed in any weather! We offer a range of booking options for public sessions, private groups of up to 10-12 people, and families with children. This is a unique opportunity to experience authentic Finnish sauna in North Wales.

We strip it back to the bare essentials, enjoying life, connecting with people and nature, and taking a moment to practise the timeless tradition of a proper löyly. A piece of Finland, right here in Wales.
