At Conwy Brewery we are committed to produce natural, flavourful beers that

minimise our impact on the environment.

Unfiltered, unpasteurised, naturally conditioned ales.

We see it as a win-win for everyone.

 

• Conwy Brewery was established in 2003, born out of a passion for creating quality local ‘Real Ale’. Since then, we have developed a strong reputation and expansion of the brewery but remain true to our roots of brewing with care, passion and the minimum of processing.
• We offer a strong core range of Traditional British Real Ales, Craft Beers as well as Lagers, Cider and Stout.
• Building strong customer relationships is our focus, satisfying current customer requirements while forging new partnerships in new markets.

 

Solar panels on the brewery roof reduces our electricity consumption by approximately 30%.

Spent grain is re-used as cattle feed.

Our cask and bottled beers are naturally conditioned, producing natural yeast liveliness and better tasting beer.

We use as little chemicals as possible and limit filtration reducing waste by up to 20% in all our other beers.
