Landmarks in North Wales are as spectacular and unique as the scenery and landscapes in which they're set.  

Castles dominate coastal towns once providing the ultimate fortresses. Standing in the shadow of the castles is an awesome experience – the history, workmanship and sizes of these castles make them truly unique landmarks.

Thomas Telford’s Menai Bridge is an incredible engineering triumph. At the time, it was a world’s first, providing a connection between Anglesey and mainland Wales. A walk under the bridge is a must, it’s part of the Wales Coast Path.

North Wales’ only UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Aquaduct near Llangollen is an awe-inspiring landmark. The aquaduct is even more special as it’s still in use today – providing a crossing for narrowboats and walkers.
