The Grouse Inn is located just off the A5, around 10 minutes from Corwen and 20 minutes from Llangollen. Free parking is available on-site. For sat nav users, simply enter LL21 9AT and follow signs to Carrog village.

🚆 By Train
While there’s no direct national rail service to Carrog, you can travel to Ruabon Station or Wrexham General, both served by Transport for Wales. From there, it’s a short taxi ride or a connection via local bus services. For a scenic experience, the Heritage Llangollen Steam Railway runs to Carrog Station — just a short walk from the pub.

Local buses run from Wrexham, Llangollen, and Corwen.  .The nearest stop is in Carrog village, just a few minutes’ walk from The Grouse Inn. Use the Stagecoach Bus Journey Planner to find the best route. The T3 bus service stops at Llidiart y parc on the A5 which is 0.5miles walk down the hill into Carrog.
