  Have you wished to stay in a National Trust house? Well, now you can.

  With 200 acres of wooded parkland and gardens to explore, and comfortable rooms with open fires to welcome you, this historic country house is a special place to plan your escape to - whatever the weather!  

  Bodysgallen Hall, one of the three Historic House Hotels of the National Trust, has a special winter break to include accommodation for two people in a double or twin-bedded room, cooked breakfast, use of the health spa, plus a daily £25 allowance each towards dinner food in the hotel restaurant and one £20 voucher each per stay towards pre-booked 1-hour or more spa treatments.  Also included is free entry to local National Trust properties during your stay, such as Bodnant Garden (subject to opening times and availability).

  A great break giving you time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, explore the gardens or take a trip out to discover the outstanding natural beauty of North Wales.  All this from £139.00 per person per night (a supplement for single occupancy will apply).

  Please note that a less formal menu is served Monday and Tuesday, with a fine dining menu on other days. We ask that you telephone ahead to make a reservation for dinner at your preferred time to avoid disappointment.

• New Year's Eve House Party

  Join us to celebrate and welcome in the New Year

  A wonderful way to celebrate New Year's Eve

  Celebrating New Year's Eve at Bodysgallen Hall makes such a special occasion truly memorable. Arrive on 31st December in time to enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea including freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam. In the evening there will be a Champagne reception followed by a pre-dinner firework display. Then make your way to the dining room to enjoy a sumptuous five-course celebration dinner with accompanying wines (black tie optional).

  The countdown to midnight continues after dinner with the Bodysgallen Fun Casino. Try your hand at Roulette and Black Jack enjoying the thrill and excitement of playing for fun and ultimately for a prize. You will also be entertained and captivated by magician Nick Barnes and his unique style of astonishing up-close magic. Recover and relax over New Year's Day Brunch and get 2026 off to a good start.   

  The rates are priced per double or twin room and also include all of the above, full use of the Bodysgallen Spa, service and VAT. Booking for New Year's Eve are for a maximum party size of eight guests.

  Terms And Conditions of Booking

  We welcome children over the age of 6 in the hotel, and over the age of 8 at the Spa at set swimming times.

  We welcome dogs in the sitting room of designated cottage suite at Bodysgallen Hall, by prior arrangement only. Damage caused by dogs will be charged for.

  A separate bill for extras such as bar drinks, wine and telephone calls will be presented on departure.

  Written confirmation and a deposit of £200 per person for New Year's Eve is required to secure a reservation. Deposits cannot be refunded for accommodation cancelled after 1st September, and a full charge is liable for a cancellation after 1st December. We advise to take out insurance against illness. Deposits must be received by 1st August 2025 for bookings carried over from Christmas/New Year 2024. If not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel any provisional reservation.

• Christmas House Party Break

  Join our house party for a truly traditional Christmas with a Welsh flavour!

  Three days with festive dining and traditional rituals

  Bodysgallen Hall is the best place to enjoy a traditional Christmas with a Welsh flavour in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of time to explore the countryside or relax in a quiet corner of the house.

  On Christmas Eve, the house party festivities commence with mulled wine and mince pies on arrival. A Champagne Reception opens the evening prior to a delicious three-course Dinner.  Transport can be arranged if you wish to attend Midnight Mass and you will be welcomed with port and mince pies upon your return.

  On Christmas Day, a traditional lunch will be served (jacket or lounge suit), and in the evening there will be a light Buffet Supper. 

  Boxing Day is your time to relax, swim in the pool or be pampered in the Spa, go for a drive or just relax at Bodysgallen.  A Champagne farewell Reception in the evening with music from a Welsh harp, is followed by a four-course Gala Dinner (black tie optional).
