Getting to North Wales by car is straight forward. The A55 links North Wales to England and stretches from east to west.
If you’re coming from Manchester or Liverpool by car, the journey is fairly short. London may take a few hours, but the road network is excellent, and you can enjoy the sights of Britain on the way to North Wales!
The A55 is ideal if you’re coming by ferry, too. You can get straight off the ferry and onto the road to begin your North Wales adventure.
The A55 is the main road network in North Wales, and the quickest way to get from A to B. If it’s something more scenic you’re looking for than the A5 provides stunning views, running from east to west.
