About
Nestled on the high street of Cemaes Bay - the most northerly village in Wales - Caffi Banc offers a warm, welcoming retreat for visitors exploring this charming coastal village and a popular community hub.
What you'll find
- A cosy cafe serving delicious homemade and locally-sourced cakes, scones, hearty breakfasts (served all day!) and lunches - soups, toasties, jacket potatoes, french toast and more. Our visitors love our generous portions and comforting flavours - all staff-approved!
- Quality barista coffee - roasted on Holyhead - and a selection of teas and other hot drinks, ideal for warming up after a walk or a relaxed morning treat.
- We offer several gluten-free and vegetrian/vegan treats.
- Relax in our sunny, dog-friendly garden at the rear of the heritage centre, overlooking the valley of River Wygyr - a peaceful outdoor spot to enjoy your meal, especailly on fine days.
Caffi Banc is part of the local Cemaes Heritage Centre, housed in a former bank building - once the village's Natwest branch - aquired by the community in 1996. Your visit is more than just a meal: combine a stop at the cafe with a browse through local history exhibits for a true taste of Cemaes heritage, and find handmade gifts made by our committee.
Enjoy free Wifi, nearby large free car-park, accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities, making it easy families or anyone spending a day out.
Takeaway and packed lunch options are available - handy for coastal walks, beach days, or if you're on the move exploring the area.
