A warm welcome awaits you at Y Llew Coch from Delyth and Graham. We are a licensed Bed and Breakfast and Tea Room located in the quiet village of Ty’n-y-groes in the heart of the Conwy Valley, nestled between Tal y Fan Mountain and the River Conwy. We are so fortunate to be in a beautiful part of Wales and all of our rooms have stunning views of the mountains and the Conwy Valley. There are many wonderful walks right from the door of Y Llew Coch and if you are after more of a challenge Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) and the Snowdonia National Park is just a short drive from us. We are ideally located for exploring everything that North Wales has to offer with its many beaches, castles, lakes, mountains, adventure activities, gardens, pubs, shops and restaurants. 
We have recently thoughtfully renovated our property to provide four spacious en-suite guest bedrooms, each with a seating area for your comfort. Each room is light and airy and all have large double showers to make your stay with us relaxing and comfortable. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, USB charging points, television, WiFi and hairdryer. We have a large private car park to the side of our home.Our popular breakfast is served in our cosy dining room, and is freshly prepared for you using locally sourced produce wherever possible. We are a licensed Bed and Breakfast and have a selection of local craft beers, wine, local gin and whiskey and draught cider and lager available for you to enjoy.
