FACILITIES
Level access to three-storey Victorian town house located under 100m to the beach with sea and castle views.
Ground floor: slate tiled large hall, carpeted sitting room, carpeted dining room, slate tiled cloakroom with WC, slate tiled kitchen and breakfast/sunroom.
First floor: 1 large double aspect carpeted super-king room, 1 carpeted twin room with adult-size single beds, 1 carpeted bunk-bed vaulted ceiling room with adult-size single mattresses and 1 slate tiled family shower room with walk-in thermostatic shower and WC.
Second floor: 1 large double aspect carpeted super-king room with dressing area, sitting area (which doubles as a nursery) and wood-effect floored en-suite with free standing bath, separate thermostatic shower and WC.
Sleeps a maximum of 8 persons plus 1 infant. Children welcome and dog friendly (1-2 toilet trained and well-behaved dogs allowed on the ground floor only).
Enclosed, private garden with outdoor dining table, a large umbrella and lighting.
Gas central heating, underfloor heating in kitchen and instant hot water.
Parking (free and unrestricted) directly opposite the house on the road with off-road parking under 40m further along the road.

Wi-Fi
Internet broadband is EE Full Fibre (5G). There are further discs and back-up on the upper floors to ensure a good signal throughout the house.
The wi-fi code can be found on a card on the back of the router or in the Aeolian Information for Guests folder.
BASIC AND USEFUL ITEMS
Hand soap, shower gel, conditioning shampoo in all bathrooms along with toilet paper and air fresheners.
All bathroom towels, tea towels, hand towels along with beach specific towels (please do not take bathroom towels to the beach).
Hairdryers in all bedrooms apart from the bunk-bed room, an iron and ironing board.
Binoculars in the front bedrooms (please do not remove), a small sewing kit, a small tool kit, a first aid box, 2 umbrellas and 3 wind-up torches.
Dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and sponges, non-bio detergent and conditioner, a rotary airer and pegs, an indoor clothes airer and hot water bottles.
Beach items – 2 picnic hamper/cool boxes, freezer ice packs, beach bag and rug.
DVDs, board games, books (leaflets of attractions in the local and wider area).
Salt and pepper mills, vinegar and oil bottles.
A welcome selection of teas/coffees/sugars, semi-skimmed milk and Welsh cakes.

Disposable BBQs can be used on the beach.
Outside lighting and waterproof electricity sockets.
3m large umbrella and rotary airer – please replace covers at the end of your stay.

Outside the service gate is the large green Veolia bin for both black and clear refuse bags.

BUNK-BED ROOM
2 air-sprung 600 pocket memory foam full single size (90 x 190cm) mattresses (medium) within a sturdy pine bunk-bed frame featuring pine sidebars and an attached ladder.
1 wall hung ladder shelf with access from both beds featuring touch lamps and shelf storage, I large thick rug at the side of the bunk, 1 chair, 1 circular mirror, 1 whale hook picture, 1 large oak tallboy with 5 drawers and wooden hangers on a large, reclaimed wood coat rail.
Vaulted ceiling, pocket window with slate sill and marine artwork and beam hung stars.

At the foot of the stairs to the second floor is the first and second floor central heating thermostat.
The landing to the second floor has a large Velux window with views down the Llŷn Peninsula coastline, Criccieth town and the rock formation behind the house known as the Dinas.

ITEMS PROVIDED FOR GUESTS WITH VERY SMALL CHILDREN
1 HAUCK travel cot and 7cm thick mattress (60cm x 120cm) – please request when booking, advise which room you would like it set up and please bring own bedding.
1 wooden highchair and a changing mat.
A stairgate is permanently fitted at the foot of the ground floor stairs and we have 1 more for either of the two larger bedrooms (fittings already on doors).
Toddler safe dinnerware and cutlery.
Children’s DVDs, books and plug-in night lights.
BEDS AND BEDDING
We prefer not to separate the super-king beds but will on special request.
Winter bedding – we provide 10.5 tog goose feather/down or 10.5 tog anti-allergenic duvets. We provide duck feather/down or anti-allergy pillows.
Summer bedding – we provide 7.5 tog goose feather/down or 7.5 tog anti-allergenic bedding for ease of washing. We provide duck feather/down or anti-allergy pillows.
Guide Prices
Prices from £120 per night low season and from £224 per night peak season with arrivals preferably on Fridays or Mondays. Short breaks are available all year round, apart from late July-August when only 7-nights bookings are accepted. A current price tariff can be found on our website: https://aeolianholidaycottagewales.co.uk where you also make your reservation. A 10% discount is automatically applied for parties of 4 or less guests when booking and 1-2 dogs are welcome free of charge. Payment is preferably bank transfer or via Natwest Tyl using a credit/debit card.
