Join us for a rejuvenating group Wellness Holiday including qigong, a guided walk, yoga, and a blissful gong bath.
Our 3 night wellness holiday provides the same benefits as a retreat, but you are not hosted for the entire duration. Your classes are delivered by local instructors, and the rest of the time you are free to do what you please.

ITINERARY - Mon to Thurs
DAY 1:
3pm - 7pm: Arrive at the hotel, settle in.
7pm - 8pm: Gong Bath with Pam
During this sound meditation, you are bathed in the sound waves and vibrations of gongs and other instruments. All you need to do is make yourself cosy on your mat with your blankets and pillow, secure in the knowledge that you are in a safe, non-judgmental space, giving yourself permission, time and space to switch off and unwind from life's hectic pace as the gongs take you on a journey of relaxation, de stressing, balancing and rejuvenating your mind, body and soul. Sound healing reminds the body of its optimal vibration.
During the session you may feel the vibrations, see colours, imagery, smell, hear or even feel sensations through your body or as quite commonly happens be in a deep sleep. Whatever your experience it is unique to you at that moment in time.
DAY 2:
8am - 9am: Gentle Yoga with Paula
This gentle yoga sessions is the perfect way to start the day! On a physical level, this mostly seated practice will mobilise the entire body with easy-to-follow flowing movements. Using accessible breath work and simple yet powerful affirmations, we will prepare your body and mind for the day!
Rest of day free - we will provide you with a choice of self-guided walks and eateries for lunch + dinner.
7pm - 8pm: Qigong with Phil
Phil will teach you one of the many Qigong exercises that will promote relaxation in body and mind, the perfect way to end the day.
DAY3:
10am - 12.30pm: Qigong with Phil with break for Chinese tea
These sessions will be split into 2, with a break in the middle for Chinese tea and a discussion about Qigong. You will be impressed by Phil's knowledge of the ancient Chinese practise of movement, breath and meditation. For session 1 you may be joined by Phil's regular Three Deep Breaths School of Qigong students via zoom.
During session 2, you may learn Wudang Mountain Qigong and Shibashi Set 1. These sessions can be tailored to you and the group, if there is something particular you want to work on Phil will do his best to accommodate it.
12.30pm - 1.30pm: Light lunch at the hotel
The hotel will prepare a light, but substantial lunch.
1.30pm - 4pm
Phil will lead a walk from the hotel to Angel Bay, and Little Orme summit (weather permitting). The panoramic views from the summit are truly spectacular, and you are likely to see the seals of Angel Bay.
DAY 4:
8am - 9am: Yin Yoga with Paula
A gentle yet profound practice to start your day with tranquillity and inner balance. Yin yoga is a slow, mindful, deep stretch class where poses are held for longer durations, targeting the body's connective tissues, allowing for a deep release of tension and stress. Through the meditative approach of Yin Yoga, you'll experience a stillness and introspection, giving you time and space to reflect on your wellness holiday!
