Notes

  • CRAFNANT HOUSE - ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT Located on the village high street, car park to the rear of the guest house with a short drive leading to the entrance. Small step leading to the front of guest house and a further small step at the front door. The ground floor is level and contains a residents lounge and a dining room. From the hallway there is a staircase with ten steps up to a small landing and toilet. A further four steps lead to the first floor where there are two en-suite double bedrooms and one twin bedded room which has a private bathroom. Also a second larger residents lounge. From the first floor there are fourteen steps which lead to the second floor where there are two double rooms with en-suite toilet and washbasin - the shower room is just on that landing and shared by those two rooms. The landings are well lit and there is of course a handrail on all the staircases. The stairs are wide and not too steep. All rooms have kettles with tea and coffee making facilities and remote control TV's. Assistance with luggage is standard. There are three places to eat within easy and flat walking distance. There is a bus stop just down the road and the nearest train station (Llanwrst) is a 20 minute flat walk .
