Rhyl

Rhyl is everything that is lively about the seaside and will appeal to the whole family. Spend your days relaxing on the blue flag beach or visit the towns many attractions.

At the SeaQuarium you can walk through the first and only underwater tunnel in Wales, surrounded by sharks, rays and other fascinating ocean creatures and still stay dry!

Get wet at the Sun Centre, an indoor tropical water park where you can enjoy warm waters, white rollers and water slides.

Visit the Palace Fun Centre where you can play bingo or go 10 pin bowling. Brave the heights of Geronimo's 25ft vertical drop slide and prepare yourself for the fright of your life in the Terror Tombs.

Take a train ride around Marine Lake on Rhyl's Miniature Railway, the oldest in Britain or travel skyward on the unique 240ft high Sky Tower with views of Rhyl and beyond.

Along the coast at Towyn you'll find Tir Prince Leisure Park with its all-weather harness racing track which hosts top class racing with live televised coverage on S4C.

The surrounding area offers attractions such as Bodelwyddan Castle which houses collections from 3 national museums and Rhuddlan Castle, one of the 13th Centuary fortresses built during the reign of Edward 1st.
