Perfect for the two of you - comfortable and cosy for all seasons with all you need for a carefree holiday. Situated in the Snowdonia National Park, the Cottage Flat's greatest joys are the sunny aspect and fine views of valley and mountain.
The flat is part of a semi-detached cottage set in 1/4 acre of garden which backs onto National Trust land and is both convenient and easily accessible.
The lounge/dining room has a comfy deep cushioned sofa and high-back wing chair, Sky TV, DVD and Radio/CD Player and free Wi-Fi
The River Ogwen is across the way with spectacular views of the Nant Ffrancon Pass. A little further is the Lon Las Cycle Track and the weir pool at Ogwen Bank popular for picnics. Great walking straight from the cottage.
Five minute drive to shops, pubs and cafes or a 25min walk with pavement all the way. Only 15 to 20 minute's drive to the coast and Anglesey.

Situated 1 1/2 miles South of Bethesda on the A5 at Ty'n-y-Maes. The semi-detached cottage is set back off the road and is almost opposite a narrow lane with finger post indicating a foot path and cycle path. Train to Bangor, bus to Bethesda, then taxi to Ty'n-y-Maes.

Ty Pengarreg Cottage Flat
The Cottage Flat is on the 1st floor, which is part of an extension built onto a semi-detached cottage of about 150 years old. It is set in ¼ acre of garden which gently rises to the rear of the cottage. Guests have use of the garden which has a large terraced lawn with garden furniture. The area is the Snowdonia Mountains. There are open view of mountains, heath and fields. Convenient and easily accessible location on the A5.
"Parking adjacent to the flat by driving a slight incline. From here there is a wide, level, concrete path to the rear entrance. This is approached by four, 25cm steps with R/H hand rail.
"Standard 76cm door, with small step up and bottom rail. Thin flat door mat. Small hallway with coat hanging space.
"Curved 90o pine staircase with 3 kite shaped stairs on the curve. R/H hand rail.

"Lounge/dining room has small kitchen off. Electric cooker, fridge and standard units.
"Lounge has remote control TV. There is a sofa and one easy chair.
"Bedroom had double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with bedside lamps, radio alarm & hair drier.
"Bathroom has standard bathroom suite with shower over bath. Rubber non-slip mat included. Heated towel rail and shaver point.
"Décor is light and simple with good contrast to carpets. Well lit throughout, with additional lamps as described.
"Security lighting outside the cottage and garden.
"A well behaved dog is welcome.
"Shops (1½ miles away) at Bethesda are a 25 min walk, with pavement all the way.
"Public transport from southern edge of Bethesda, 1 mile away.
