1. Reasonable adjustment has been made by providing extra help in order for us to deliver our services<br /><br />2. There are three letting bedrooms, 1 on the first floor, and 2 on the second floor. Some rooms are twin, <br /> others double bedded<br /><br />3. It is not practical to provide a downstairs bedroom, as there is not a room available<br /><br />4. The front porch entrance is not accessible for wheelchairs, but assistance can be given to enable access <br /> into the house. There are three steps up to the front door<br /><br />5. There is on road car parking and if prior notice of arrival is given, parking can be arranged immediately in <br /> front of the house<br /><br />6. There is a unisex toilet on the ground floor<br /><br />7. Assistance dogs are welcome and if necessary help can be given for walking the dog<br /><br />8. An Angle poise lamp is available for use in the bedroom, available on request<br /><br />9. There is a train station 5 minutes away from the Guest House<br /><br />10. There is a local taxi service, bookings can be made by the proprietors<br /><br />11. The twon centre is approximately a 10 minute walk from the Guest House
