The GTBS is the national sustainable tourism certification scheme for the UK. Originally developed in partnership with Visit Scotland, it is now the only certification scheme validated by Visit Britain, through the International Centre for Responsible Tourism (ICRT).
So what is the “CROESO” programme? It's a programme that combines actions and training and it's made up of three distinct components. You can take up all three- in any order- or complete just one, it's entirely your choice. If you do successfully complete all three however, you'll be able to use the distinctive, specially designed “Croeso Cynnes Cymreig –A Warm Welsh Welcome” logo as seen above, in your own marketing. Visit Wales will also feature it on any advertising you take out with us.
The Food Standards Agency works closely with Local Authorities enforcement officers to ensure that food and feed law is applied across the entire food chain. After a thorough inspection from the local enforcement officers, businesses offering and/or dealing with food are awarded a rating ranging from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest standard. Gravesham will only promote 4 and 5 rated businesses on their tourism website so visitors can be reassured that hygiene standards are met.
The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to qualifying accommodations, attractions and restaurants listed on TripAdvisor that maintain a high overall user rating and a high volume of recent and quality reviews.

All staff are first aid trained, qualified teacher with over 20years each, mountain leaders and had family member who use a chair for years. John has 7 years teaching in special school / Fe college of all maner of disability and taught in Maketon and BSL deaf qualified.
