Disability Access Statement<br /><br />Cedar Lodge is centrally situated on a wide level Avenue.<br />The car park is to the front fore court.<br />There are two chairs and two plant tubs outside the main entrance.<br />There is one step 4" high and the front door is 36" wide.<br />On the ground floor a WC, lounge and dining room.<br />Both these rooms are on the level.<br />We have no ground floor bedrooms.<br />We have no lift. <br />We have a 40" wide staircase with 17 stairs up to the first floor.<br />A Further 17 up to the second floor, three bedrooms are on each floor.<br />Each bedroom has 33" door, a low access double glazed windows.<br />Smoke detectors and heat censors, a new fire alarm system is in operation.<br /><br />Local amenities and Transport.<br /><br />The Promenade is 5 minutes level walk away.<br />The Chemist and main shops are 5 minutes level walk.<br />Llandudno Hospital is a 10 minutes drive.<br />Local buses and taxis are a 5 min level walk away.
