Disability Access Statement Cedar Lodge is centrally situated on a wide level Avenue. The car park is to the front fore court. There are two chairs and two plant tubs outside the main entrance. There is one step 4" high and the front door is 36" wide. On the ground floor a WC, lounge and dining room. Both these rooms are on the level. We have no ground floor bedrooms. We have no lift. We have a 40" wide staircase with 17 stairs up to the first floor. A Further 17 up to the second floor, three bedrooms are on each floor. Each bedroom has 33" door, a low access double glazed windows. Smoke detectors and heat censors, a new fire alarm system is in operation. Local amenities and Transport. The Promenade is 5 minutes level walk away. The Chemist and main shops are 5 minutes level walk. Llandudno Hospital is a 10 minutes drive. Local buses and taxis are a 5 min level walk away.
