  • THE TOWN HOUSE IS VICTORIAN AND ACCESSED DIRECTLY FROM THE PAVEMENT. THE THREE INCH STEP TO THE UN-LOCKED EXTERNAL DOOR, LEADING TO A FURTHER LOCKED INTERNAL DOOR WITH BELL TO LEFT SIDE, GIVING ACCESS TO A NARROW HALLWAY AND STEEP NARROW STAIRCASE, WHICH HAS A NINETY DEGREE TWIST AT THE TOP. HANDRAILS ARE FITTED AND THE STAIRS ARE ALWAYS ILLUMINATED. THE CARPARK IS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROSEHILL STREET, A LEVEL 20 YARDS WALK FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR.<br /><br />BREAKFAST ROOM IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR. BEDROOMS ARE TO THE FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS, 14 STEPS TO THE FIRST FLOOR AND 13 TO THE SECOND.THE FIRST FLOOR CONSISTS OF A STANDARD DOUBLE,AND TRIPLE ENSUITE ROOM AND A COMMUNAL BATHROOM. THE SECOND FLOOR HAS TWO DOUBLE ENSUITES AND A STANDARD SINGLE ROOM. THE SHOWER AND TOILET FACLIITES FOR ALL STANDARD ROOMS IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR. ALL ROOMS AND EN-SUITE FACILITIES ARE COMPACT, ACCESS TO THE STANDARD SIZED SHOWERS IS VIA A 10 INCH STEP TO SLIDING OR SWINGING DOORS.
