Access Statement<br /><br />Outside Access<br /><br />There is a 25 metre driveway on a gradual slope leading up to the house.<br />There are steps up to the front door that are lit at the top and bottom. There is a handrail on the steps. The steps are of moderate height and width.<br /><br /><br />Inside access<br /><br />The ground floor area is level. There is one guest double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor.<br /><br />There are 12 steps to the upper floor. There are two further guest bedrooms on this floor, one twin with private bathroom adjacent to it and one family/double ensuite. No adapted toilets are available. All rooms are well lit. <br /><br />Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house. No smoking signs are in all bedrooms.<br /><br />Smoke alarms are fitted in all bedrooms, hallway and landing.<br /><br />Assistance with luggage if required.<br /><br />Local taxis are available as is a regular bus service.
