All of our Cottages are Visit Wales 4-star graded as well as ‘Walkers Welcome’ & ‘Cyclists Welcome’ accredited. They are equipped to an exceptionally high standard to provide spacious & comfortable accommodation.
Quiet & rural, but not remote - our properties are situated on a quiet no-through lane; away from the crowds of tourists yet within easy reach of the friendly market town of Llanrwst and the popular village of Betws-y-Coed. All have central heating & double glazing and are fitted with smoke & carbon-monoxide detectors. Cots & highchairs are available upon request. Your pets also deserve a holiday - we accept up to 2 pets free of charge. The properties at Pen y Ffrith have their own enclosed garden / deck areas as well as a free wireless internet connection.

Located on a quiet no-through lane this is an excellent base to explore North Wales. The Farmhouse has its own enclosed patio / garden area - safe for children and pets. Sleeps up to 6 - Friday start.

STABLES COTTAGE is beuatifully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor. Located on a quiet no-through lane this is an excellent base to explore North Wales. Stables Cottage has a large enclosed patio / garden area - safe for children and pets. Sleeps up to 4 - Friday start.

DAIRY COTTAGE is beuatifully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standard. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor. Located on a quiet no-through lane this is an excellent base to explore North Wales. Dairy Cottage has a large enclosed patio / garden area - safe for children and pets. The garden backs onto the stable yard, so if the horses are around you are sure to have a visitor at the garden fence! Sleeps up to 4 - Friday start.

SPRING COTTAGE provides spacious and comfortable accommodation. Decorated in a contemporary style, tastefully furnished and equppied to the highest standard. Located off a quiet no-through lane this is an excellent base to explore North Wales. Spring Cottage shares a large courtyard/patio with Summer Cottage. Sleeps up to 6 - Saturday start.
