On 8th October 2008, Wales' highest rated country house hotel, opened '1620', the perfect place to enjoy casual dining and good value innovative food in a more contemporary setting open all day from 12.30pm to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday. It is situated in the former coach house, next to the Hall. Children over the age of 6 years welcome. Bookings are not always necessary, but adviseable to avoid disappointment.
