Notes

  • When you arrive at The Gables there is off street parking across the front of the house and down the side you can unload the car right outside the front door. There are three steps to get into the main hall through two wide front doorways.

    Approach to Flat 1,Flat 1 is on the left hand side on the ground floor it consists of large lounge with double bed with non feather pillows and poly cotton bedAccess Statement

    Dinning furniture wide screen television DVD Video with remote control and inset electric fire. Small kitchen through a 885mm wide open doorway off the lounge it is all electric cooker microwave fridge cordless kettle etc.

    Off the kitchen is a cloakroom area through a doorway 669mm wide off this is another doorway 660mm wide into the shower room consisting of shower toilet washbasin.

    The approach to Flat 2 on the first floor there 9 stairs with a wide handrail to the right and a daydo rail on top of panelling to the left then a small landing 4 more stairs another small landing another 4 stairs and
    Flat 2 is on the left the doorway is 800mm wide.

    All bed linen is poly cotton and non feather pillows there is a double bed electric fire dinning furniture electric cooker fridge microwave cordless kettle etc the kitchen area is in the corner of the flat. There is a two seater settee a wardrobe a chest of draws colour tv dvd video with remote control. The bathroom is next to the flat through a 750mm firedoor and into a small hallway the bathroom door is straight a head of you 750mm wide, inside is a shower over a bath, washbasin and toilet.

    The approach to Flat 3 is on the same landing as Flat 2 with the door straight ahead of you the doorway into Flat 3 is 750mm wide there is a Large lounge with dinning furniture large two seater settee electric fire colour tv dvd video with remote control. Kitchen area at one end of the lounge consisting of sink electric cooker fridge microwave cordless kettle etc. To go into the bedroom which is off the lounge you go through a 840mm wide door there is a double bed small single bed wardrobe chest of draws bedside
    chests with lamps. All bed linen is poly cotton and non feather pillows. Then into the shower room off the bedroom through a door 580mm wide which consists of shower toilet and washbasin.

    The approach to flat4 is the same as 2 and 3 through the firedoor to your left 750mm door the door is on your right there are 14 stairs fairly steep when you get on the small landing a child gate is supplied. The lounge is to the left the door is 840mm wide it consists of electric fire large settee dinning furniture coffee table wide screen television dvd video etc. The shower is too the Left as you go back to the landing it consists of shower toilet washbasin.     Transport links, Rhyl train station is approx 5 minutes away, coaches stop around the corner on the promenade, also certain buses stop there. There is a taxi rank also at the train station. We are very central, 2 streets from the main high street.
