Our Victorian family home was refurbished in 2005 and we are sure you will appreciate our well appointed rooms 2 of which have superb sea views.
All bedrooms have remote colour TVs, hospitality trays and hairdryers. Each room is serviced daily inc. fresh towels and toiletries.

Notes

The Promenade Guesthouse is accessed directly from the pavement along a 4 mtr path to the front door.Two small steps bring you into the inner hallway through 2 doors with a minimum width of 850mm. Access is suitable for partially wheelchair bound guests but no ground floor bedrooms are available. Assistance available to bedrooms if required.Raised letters on bedroom doors for the partially sighted.
Front entrance, hallway and landings are well lit.
Car parking for 3 cars is available at the rear of the property, this is accessed via a small lane at the side , a distance of some 50/60 mtrs from front door.Pay and display parking situated directly opposite on maim road. ( Free 6pm - 8 am) Blue badge holders exempt
Asistance readilly available to help guest with luggage.
