Llwyn Onn's Guest House has five rooms available. Four of which are en-suite and the fifth having Private Facilities

The house is a renovated Victorian Watermill, and is decorated in a traditional style.

Our Guest House & Camp Site is situated off the A5 close to Betws y Coed in the heart of beautiful Hiraethog!. Our Guest House & Camping facilities are excellent. Fishing & cycling at Llyn Alwen & Llyn Brenig will not disappoint & the newly built cycle trails are ideal for families.
Excellent shopping & walking trails at Betws y Coed, visit Bala lake or just have a break and relax in our grounds.

Breakfast is served at a time of your request and consists of a cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit juice and coffee or tea.

Special dietary requirements are catered for but we ask that you inform us of this in advance of your visit.

Although we primarily provide bed and breakfast, we will happily provide packed lunches for you.

Approach (from Llangollen and the south)
Llwyn Onn is on the A5, 3 miles north of Cerrig y Drudion on the left.

Approach (from Betws y Coed and the North)
Llwyn Onn is on the A5, 2 miles south of Pentrefoelas on the right.

Entrance and Parking
The guest house is approached from the A5 via a side lane for 20 meters and left turn into the parking area which accommodates eight vehicles. The car park is surfaced with loose limestone chippings.

Cars can be unloaded at the guest house entrance and assistance is available.

the entrance door to the house is 740mm wide with a 75mm step, leading into the reception area where there is seating and a toilet (not wheelchair accessible).

Ground Floor
All ground floor rooms are level access and all doorways are 710mm wide.

First Floor
Access is via four steps up to a small landing, then six further steps onto a level carpeted landing.
Accommodation on this floor comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a family room (double bed and a single bed) with en-suite bathroom and a twin-bedded room which has its own private toilet and bathroom on the landing area.

All doorways on this floor and 170mm wide.

Other Information

The guest house has a fully automatic fire alarm system and emergency lighting to aid escape in an emergency.

Breakfast times are flexible and we will meet any special dietary requirements where possible.

We have a heated indoor swimming pool in an adjacent building which has a wheelchair accessible changing room and shower room. The pool does not have a hoist. the pool is heated from April to September. The depth is from 140-183cm (4ft 6ins to 6ft)

We also cater for tents and touring caravans and provide toilets, showers, water supply, B.B.Q area and use of the swimming pool.

The tents and caravan pitches are on a grassy site.

The guest house is 3 miles from the nearest shop and post-office and we are 8 miles fr om Betws-yCoed and 22 miles from Llangollen. The nearest railway station is in Betws-y-Coed, and the guest house can be reached by bus service X19.

A local pub is a 9 min walk from Llwyn Onn.

All our rooms have TV, a hospitality tray and a good mobile phone signal. Use of the broadband facility is available.

Llwyn Onn is a non-smoking establishment and we do not accept pets. Assistance dogs are welcome.
