From Llandudno Station, turn left out of station, at traffic lights turn left and then take 4th turn on your right into St David's Road. We will be found at the end of the road on the right hand side.
From A55 take junction 19 (A470) towards Llandudno town centre. Go straight ahead at the five roundabouts. Once you have passed all the roundabouts continue straight ahead and when you pass Asda stay in the left hand lane which will take you into Vaughan Street and then Augusta Street. At the traffic lights turn left, and then 4th on the right into St David's Road. We will be found at the end of this road on the right hand side.

ACCESS STATEMENT 1. Introduction This statement fairly describes our facilities on offer to all our guests. 2. Accessibility to Ashdale Guest House The ground floor includes a porch with a small 1.1/2” (4cms) step through to a hallway, leading to a staircase accessing the first and second floors. The front door and hallway doors measure 35” / 89cms wide. The entrance porch is tiled. The hallway has wooden parquet flooring. All other flooring on the ground floor is low pile carpet. We have a Guest Lounge to the right of the hallway and a Dining Room to the left of the hallway. These are both on the ground level. 3. Accommodation We are sorry but we have no ground floor guest accommodation and no lift. All our accommodation is either on the first or second floors. We have a set of eleven stairs to a 1/2 landing and then another six stairs to the first floor. The second floor is accessed by a further ten stairs, with a 1/2 landing and a further six steps to reach the top floor. A handrail is provided and the stairway is carpeted with low pile carpet. We have two single, two twin bedded, three double and one family bedrooms. These all have low pile carpets. All rooms have en-suite or private bathroom facilities which have washable floor covering. There are no hand rails in the en-suites or bathroom. Each room has a clock/radio, colour television and a hospitality tray. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for each guest. Bedside lamps are provided for guests convenience. We are flexible with the allocation of rooms and try to match our guests requirements. 4. Emergency Actions Each room has a sensitive smoke alarm fitted. Emergency lighting is on each floor. Fire Alarm points and fire extinguishers are on all levels. The owners are responsible for the evacuation of guests and we test our fire alarm every week. Evacuation instructions are provided on the door of each room. 5. General Information Animals are not normally permitted but we welcome any s ervice animals. Guests are served meals directly to their tables and we are willing to meet any special requirements where possible. Please ask when booking. We have a cordless telephone available to guests in an emergency although mobile phones do work within our Guest House. Public transport is good within the town and surrounding areas. Our coach and train stations are just five minutes drive away. Most buses have low level access. We have car parking for three cars on our level tarmac forecourt (parking at owners risk) and unlimited on road parking. Our roomy and comfortable Guest Lounge has good lighting along with table lamps. It has adequate seating and small tables for card and board games etc. We have a television with sub-titles available, and Freeview, DVD and a Video Recorder are available. NB. Bedroom TVs do not have this facility. We will happily assist with luggage to and from rooms. Bedroom doors have raised brass numbers and automatic door closers with keys to lock.
