  • Access Statement Outside Access There is a 25 metre driveway on a gradual slope leading up to the house. There are steps up to the front door that are lit at the top and bottom. There is a handrail on the steps. The steps are of moderate height and width. Inside access The ground floor area is level. There is one guest double ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. There are 12 steps to the upper floor. There are two further guest bedrooms on this floor, one twin with private bathroom adjacent to it and one family/double ensuite. No adapted toilets are available. All rooms are well lit. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house. No smoking signs are in all bedrooms. Smoke alarms are fitted in all bedrooms, hallway and landing. Assistance with luggage if required. Local taxis are available as is a regular bus service.
