Rest assured, If you’re taking your first steps on a windsurfer, our instructors will ensure that you learn the best techniques to get going with a minimum of fuss. We'll also provide plenty of advice on equipment, clothing, relevant theory and safety.

When you’ve mastered the basics you can join the exciting new world of hooking in and hanging on as you learn to blast across the Strait.

For the more experienced who want to harness all the power available or develop that elusive sweet transition, our funboard instructors, who are some of the best practitioners around, will use funboard simulators, video analysis and top tips to develop your skills. We have a wide range of Hi-fly’s and Starboards for you to use and we’re continually updating rigs and boards with state-of-the-art equipment. You can bring along your own kit if you prefer.

Our courses incorporate the latest developments in windsurfing by the RYA with the new Fastfwd approach to the thrills and spills of windsurfing. This simplifies the skills of windsurfing into a unique formula which includes Vision, Stance, Power, Balance and Trim. The scheme is supported by logbooks, simulators and a range of new user-friendly, easy-to-get-going on boards. It’s all designed to help you make progress as quickly as possible, it’s addictive so be warned!

We can't guarantee wind, but we will lay on alternative activities should the wind fail to arrive!
