This handsome Victorian Country House, dating back to the late 1800's, lies within 3 acres of private woodland. Situated in Gwydir forest, it has unparalleled spectacular views over the Llugwy valley and benefits from being on the sunny side of the valley. Tan Dinas is a hidden gem of peace and tranquility and although only a short stroll to the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, with its many shops and restaurants, it is well away from the hustle and bustle of the busy A5. The property has a very large, level car park situated within the grounds.

There are five bedrooms all decorated to an exceptionally high standard with luxury en-suite bathrooms. A generous hospitality tray, multi channel satellite tv/dvd and fridge are added together with white fluffy towels to make your stay even more enjoyable. All the rooms have an amazing view. All rooms are double glazed and have individual thermostatically controlled radiators for your comfort...there is even a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

John and Eileen pride themselves on the level of service provided and offer home from home hospitality in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is cooked to order and served in the dining room on individual tables where guests can admire the beautiful views through the dual aspect windows. A large garden is available to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the views. The woodland complete with a babbling brook make this a location to savour and remember. On cooler days the beautiful lounge with its wood burning stove or the reading room on the first floor is the perfect place to relax.

From the centre of Betws-y-Coed, go across the Pont y Pair bridge and turn immediate sharp left on the other side, passing the car park and climbing shop. Continue along this lane for 450 yards where Tan Dinas Country House will be found on the right hand side just into the forest. A prominent sign is in the garden.
