Adventure Rib Boat Rides at Rib RideAdventure Rib Boat Rides at Rib Ride

On the northern coastline of Wales, overlooking the Menai Straits, is the historic walled town of Caernarfon. This ancient royal town is the perfect starting place for a waterborne tour of the North Wales coastline. We sail from either Moel y Don, Anglesey or Victoria Dock, Caernarfon to either the rugged coastline of Llanddwyn Island or the historical Britannia and Menai bridges. Experience the tranquility of the Menai Straits, its stately homes, ferocious tides and whirlpools. Or travel out of the Straits, past the battlements of Fort Belan and the four mile beach of Newborough appears. Protected by the sandbanks of Caernarfon Bay, we travel to the ancient celtic home of St Dwynwen, Welsh patron saint of lovers. Its twin lighthouses cap a peninsula of outstanding beauty. White sand beaches and wind swept rocks provide a remote wildlife retreat for you to enjoy

Our vessels are state of the art Ribs. Chosen for their enviable sea handling and safety records, they are equipped with quiet 250 hp engines, leaving plenty of power spare for smiles. Equipped to exacting safety standards with seating for eleven, you will be carried in comfort, but still open to experience the full drama of the journey.

We do have waterproofs but please dress for the changeable conditions our country can offer.
Our trips last for up to one hour and lifejackets are provided

Varied weather and large tidal ranges are the tools with which beautiful North Wales has been sculpted. We need to respect these elements, so please call for the sailing times for each day.
